A smooth arrival

Check-in: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Check-out: 6:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on weekends

If you wish to arrive after 8:00 p.m., keep calm! You will still be able to access your room. Two days before your arrival date, we will send you the procedure to access the hotel and get your room key.

In case you have not checked in before 7:00 p.m., we send you a reminder of the procedure and your room number to make it easier.

In case of an emergency, or if the 24/7 kiosk does not give you your room key, you can contact the security service thanks to the phone number in the procedure.

A continental breakfast served buffet-style is offered at the price of CHF 16.- per person per day. A breakfast included option is bookable online. Otherwise, you can add it when checking in.

We provide Swiss quality products brought by the bakery “Chez Deriaz”, located only 4 km (2.48 miles) away from the SwissTech Hotel

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Weekend and public holidays: 8:00 a.m. to 10: a.m.

InFit, sporting relaxation

Before you start your work day, or to end it more calmly, enjoy our collaboration with the fitness center InFit of the EPFL. Located below the SwissTech Convention Center, it is only 100 meters away from the hotel.

The access passes to the center are available at the reception desk, upon availability and in exchange for an identification document.

Schedule: Open everyday from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
